Cancellation Policy
At Hometastic, we believe in helping our customers as much as possible and offer a liberal cancellation policy. However, there are certain conditions:

Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations will not be entertained if the order has been processed and communicated to the operations team.

No cancellations are possible for orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

Special offers, discounts, and occasion-based promotions (like New Year, Pongal, Diwali, etc.) are not eligible for cancellation due to their limited-time nature.
If you change your mind after placing an order, send an email with your order details to hometastic.care@gmail.com to request a cancellation. Please note that cancellations are only possible if the product hasn’t been shipped. In such cases, we will deduct 2% transaction charges from the order value before issuing a refund.
Refund Policy
Your purchase is covered by our 24-hour money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product or service, we will issue a full refund (less any deductions for services or legal documentation, if applicable). Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment by emailing hometastic.care@gmail.com. Refunds are processed within 24-72 hours of receiving your request.
Exchange Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, don't worry! Please email hometastic.care@gmail.com with your order details and an unboxing video clearly showing the issue. Our exchange policy lasts 48 hours from the time you receive the product. After that, we cannot offer an exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it.
We will arrange a reverse pickup and replace the product upon inspection.
